In Skåne, our home region here in Sweden, every season we have the greatest privilege to work with fresh, tasty and amazing quality ingredients and all available right on our door step.
It is for this reason that we create our menus focusing on local organic produce, heavily dictated by seasonality – ensuring that nothing but the best that Skåne and Denmark have to offer takes pride of place at the tables of our guests.
Each dish on the menu is composed of only three fastidiously sourced main ingredients and all designed to highlight the clean and crisp flavours of Skåne’s highly impressive array of produce.

As a result of our obsession with seasonality at Snapphane, occasionally dishes will vary depending on what comes in every day and this may result in continuous and exciting changes to the menu on a daily basis.
At Snapphane we offer a fantastic 3 course pre theatre menu that can be served in under sixty minutes.
Our current pre theatre menu is charged at just 265kr and consists of
